Moroccan Meatballs with Couscous

| 1-1/2 | Pounds | Ground chicken |
| 12 | Whole | Dried plums - pitted |
| 1 | Shallot -- coarsely chopped | |
| 1 | Iinch | Ginger -- peeled and chopped |
| 2 | Cloves | Garlic |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 | Teaspoon | Cumin |
| 2 | Tablespoons | Olive oil |
| Zest of 1 lemon -- grated |
Cook the couscous according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, put the chicken, plums, shallot, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, and cumin in a food processor and pulse until finely choped. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. With damp hands, form into 20 (1-1/2") meatballs
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meantballs and cook in batches, if necessary, until cooked through, 10-12 minutes.
Fluff the couscous with a fork and transfer to a platter. Spoon the meantballs over the top and sprinkle with the lemon zest.
Bring to Temple Isaiah in an oven-proof disposable container covered in foil and marked with the dish and the date.

| 3/4 | Cup | Chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | Cup | Wheat flour |
| 1/2 | Teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1/2 | Cup | Cocoa |
| 1/2 | Cup | Apple sauce |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended. Spray a bundt pan with oil. Pour batter into pan. Bake about 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
