Havurat D’vash will meet for our first program of this year on Wednesday afternoon, September 10 at noon in the Adult Lounge. Mark Levy, a popular Bay Area musician will lead us in examining Songs of Repentance: Music for the High Holy Days. His songs, drawn from both the Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions, will help us draw inward and enhance our spiritual experience for the coming Holy Days. Come for lunch, to see old and new friends and enjoy a wonderful program. Lunch is still just $8 per session or $55 for the whole year.
Our first Yachad potluck will be on Sunday night, September 14. Bring a dairy or vegetarian dish to share to the Adult Lounge at 6 PM for this meeting focusing on YOU, as we get to know each other better.
Meet and Greet, our Shabbat dinner group for empty nesters, will resume its meetings in Friday night, October 24, after the Fall Holy Days.
Be sure to check this webpage frequently for updates.
RSVP’s to all these programs are greatly appreciated, so we have a more accurate count for our meal preparations. RSVP by sending your payment to the Temple office, att. Mary Anne or by calling Mary Anne at 925-283-8575, ext. 301 or emailing her at .
