There was a day when synagogue communications consisted of paper newsletters and flyers delivered via mail. These days, paper is supplemented—and often supplanted—by digital communications, from email to Web pages and, increasingly, social media like Facebook and Twitter. In this episode, Temple Isaiah’s communications director, Deb Phillips, explains the changes and how Temple Isaiah is leveraging the channels.
