Meet & Greet Shabbat Dinner and Speaker Series

Following the 6:30 3rd Shabbat service on the third Friday night of the month adults can “Meet & Greet” over a catered dinner and speaker. Take advantage of this opportunity to visit with Isaiah friends and guests over a relaxed dinner and to learn from our speakers. They always relate interesting stories about books, travels and other engaging topics that enhance our appreciation of the broader world and current events.

Dinner is $20 per person. RSVPs for dinner are due to Mary Anne Winig by the Wednesday before Meet and Greet. For more information about Meet and Greet contact Mary Anne Winig, Adult Programming Coordinator at (925) 283-8575 ext. 301 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

She’ll share with us why and how she became a blogger, despite a non-technie background that began with her childhood failure to master the art of tying her shoes. She’ll also discuss the joys and challenges of humor writing provided Meet and Greet supplies dark chocolate desserts. Trudi’s humor pieces, in addition to the Internet, have appeared in The Chicago Tribune, The San Francisco Chronicle, The San Francisco Examiner, The Sacramento Bee, The Oregonian, and many other publications.
