60th Anniversary Amphitheater Mosaic Project

In celebration of our 60th Anniversary, Temple Isaiah artists Arlynn Bloom, Judy Feins, Joanne Lieberman and Betty Rothaus designed a beautiful mosaic to cover the back upper portion of the amphitheater outside the Talmud Torah Center. Inspired by the colorful artwork on our Torah mantels, and the six days of creation, this project is sure to add beauty to the area. While the vision came from our wonderful artists, congregants executed their vision. The story of creation has come alive with colorful tiles placed by so many Isaiah members.
Now, it is time to install the project in the amphitheater and we need LOTS of HELP. On Monday, May 28 (Memorial Day) we need 20 volunteers to complete the grout work. No experience necessary. If you want to be among the first to see the mosaic finished, come help that day. Email Susan Rideout if you are available any time between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Lunch provided! .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
The project will be presented to the community on June 1 at the Sha Bar B Q and participants will be recognized at that time. Thanks to all who have been a part of this special anniversary project.
