I get a lot of my news from the radio and this particular story caught my attention:

Learn more about what our college students (and younger) are facing because of the pressures in their lives and the damage it causes to their mental health and resilience. This is one of the issues that our P’tach Libeynu group has in its ‘basket’ of discussion and educational programs for the months to come.

It is certainly something that should be talked about more openly. Eating disorders still abound, tho the conversation seems to have lessened in the past couple of years. It makes me sad, because I think societal and parental pressures increase the difficulties. However, there are clearly chemical basis for so many of the problems. The theater program at Stanford sounds wonderful. Wonder if Isaiah can create something for the teens somehow to unload and feel safe?
